01The approach

From complexity to clarity.

Most organizations don't struggle for lack of ideas. They struggle where strategy meets reality — where product, sales, operations, finance, customers, and leadership all intersect. That's the work Arch Harbor does best.

The promise here isn't another strategy deck. It's experienced help from a practice that has actually operated inside complex SaaS, public safety, and growth-stage environments: here's what matters, here's what's broken, here's how to fix it, and here's the path forward.

Real experience running teams, systems, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives — not theory from the sidelines.

Practical strategy

Recommendations that connect to implementation. The work doesn't stop at the slide; it carries through to execution.

Mission-critical fluency

03Outcomes

What the work looks like in practice.

Representative results from 25 years of operating and advisory work. The clearest numbers come from the most recent chapter — a senior role scaling Rave Mobile Safety — and are rounded and generalized; the story is real.

SaaS · Value Creation

Scaled a SaaS leader, profitably

The challenge. Grow a critical-communications software business from growth stage into the category leader, while keeping growth efficient enough to attract premium investors and acquirers.

The result. Scaled past $65M+ ARR growing roughly 18% year over year, with efficient, profitable growth, 98% recurring revenue, net revenue retention above 100%, and ~95% gross retention.

M&A · Buy-and-Build

Integrated acquisitions into one platform

The challenge. Rave was an active acquirer. Multiple companies — products, teams, and customers — had to be assimilated into a single platform and roadmap without disrupting growth or retention.

The result. Three acquisitions identified, closed, and integrated into one operating model; go-to-market motions unified; retention and momentum held through every transition.

PE · Ownership Change

Delivered through three ownership transitions

The challenge. Across private equity ownership and successive transactions, the business needed predictable performance, value-creation execution, and integration readiness — quarter after quarter.

The result. Durable, profitable growth sustained through three ownership changes, culminating in acquisition by Motorola Solutions — serving 6,500+ organizations and protecting 85M+ people.

Beyond Rave: enterprise software and consulting leadership at Oracle and Siebel Systems, and continued strategic work through the acquisition by Motorola Solutions — a 25-year arc spanning consulting, enterprise software, SaaS, and operations.

05Experience

Built and scaled, through growth and change.

Arch Harbor is grounded in real operating experience — most recently helping build Rave Mobile Safety into the market leader in critical communications, scaling it from growth stage through private equity ownership and three transactions to its acquisition by Motorola Solutions.

Scaled a category leader

Spent the better part of two decades at a critical-communications SaaS company as it grew into the market leader — reaching thousands of organizations and protecting tens of millions of people across government, education, healthcare, and enterprise.

On both sides of the deal table

As part of the leadership team, the business was successfully acquired three times — through private equity and strategic ownership, ultimately joining a Fortune 500 enterprise. At the same time, it was an active acquirer, identifying and assimilating other companies into the platform. That means hands-on experience on both the sell side and the buy side: diligence, negotiation support, and the integration work that decides whether a deal actually delivers.

Senior operating leadership

Held senior and COO-level operating responsibilities across strategic programs, customer operations, go-to-market alignment, vendor management, budgets, and compliance — leading large teams and building the playbooks that let them perform.

An enterprise software foundation

Leadership and consulting roles at enterprise software leaders — including Oracle and Siebel Systems — delivering complex programs for global clients such as Telstra and Vodafone UK. This is where the foundation was built: delivery discipline, cross-functional execution, and composure in high-stakes environments.

Built for flexible engagement

Work is structured to fit the need — advisory projects, fractional operating support, strategic assessments, targeted consulting, or workshops. The starting point is always the same: understand the real problem, then move it forward.

A practice with reach

Arch Harbor is founder-led by design — you work directly with someone who has run the playbook, not a layer of account managers. When an engagement calls for more, it draws on a trusted bench of senior specialists built over years of scaling and M&A: fractional finance and FP&A, revenue operations and go-to-market, product and engineering leadership, customer success and delivery, and M&A integration.

Senior expertise when you need it. The right specialists when the work demands them.
